HR Rostering & Timesheets
Uniform filters have been added across Core HR reports, including Workforce Snapshot, Headcount, Probation, HR Documents, Certifications, Audit Trail, Safety Incidents, Tenure, Induction Content, Termination, Work Eligibility, and Policy, improving navigation and user experience. Audit Trails in HR and SAP now show who made changes to emergency contact details in the employee profile and what details were added, updated, or deleted. (Released: 28 January 2026, All users)

When adding a policy template, the country filter now defaults to the organisation’s country, making it easier to find relevant templates. (Released: 28 January 2026, All users)


ITOps & Security
A new CSS permission allows organisations to delegate Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration to IT staff without granting full admin rights, improving security and flexibility. (Released: 29 January 2026, IT Admins)

Payroll web login now features tailored sign-in options, faster account switching, and visible password entry, aligning the experience with HR web login. (Released: 27 January 2026, All Payroll Web Users)

Permissions for updating and resetting daily limits on Payroll have been separated, supporting better segregation of duties for InfoSec and UK-based staff. (Released: 27 January 2026, Information Security and UK Payroll SAP Users)


Mobile App
The latest EH Work app introduces a new bottom navigation bar, restructured settings, and an allowance dashboard for real-time visibility. The app is now built on React Native v0.81, improving performance and stability. (Released: 26 January 2026, All mobile users)


OpenAPI & Developer Experience
OpenAPI and CSS permissions are now aligned, enabling non-admins to use APIs according to their platform permissions. This includes new support for offboarding employees and worksites/positions APIs. (Released: 26–29 January 2026, Global, HR Platinum, eOS Plus and Unlimited subplans)


Performance Management
Admins can now configure approval workflows with multiple conditions and restrict hiring group selection, ensuring accurate and consistent approval routing. (Released: 27 January 2026, Global for Admins and Owners on Platinum, Plus and Unlimited)


Recruitment
Recruiters can now automatically generate high-quality job descriptions from structured job fields, reducing manual effort and improving time-to-publish. Manual edits and AI suggestions are supported for further refinement. (Released: 21 January 2026, Recruiters)

The Voice Agent can now call and SMS candidates in New Zealand, the UK, and Canada, with new callback workflows and improved date parsing for localised screening. (Released: 20 January 2026, Recruitment teams)
