The Mobile Home Dashboard Survey feature streamlines how you provide feedback by bringing all active surveys directly to your main screen. You no longer need to navigate to a separate dashboard to find pending tasks, as these items are now moved from the Work Dashboard to your primary feed. Whether it is a quick check-in on how you are feeling or a specific survey created by your administrator, you can access and complete these actions directly from your Home Dashboard.
This article shows you how to do the following on your mobile app:
- Access the Happiness Survey from your dashboard
- Complete Custom Surveys through your task list
- Identify privacy and anonymity indicators
Access the Happiness Survey from your dashboard
The Happiness Survey is a quick way to let your employer know how you are feeling at work. This appears as a compact card on your Home Dashboard so you can share your feedback instantly.
- Open the Employment Hero mobile app.
- Locate the How are you feeling at work? card on your Home Dashboard, situated between your Tasks widget and Employee Perks.
- Review the anonymity note to confirm your feedback is private.
- Tap the Share feedback button.
- Complete your response in the survey modal and tap Submit.
Helpful Hint
Once you submit your feedback, the card will automatically disappear from your Home Dashboard. If you do not see a card, it means you do not have a pending happiness survey at this time.
Complete Custom Surveys through your task list
Custom surveys are specific feedback requests created by your organization's administrators. These are integrated into your Home Dashboard to ensure they are easy to find alongside your other workplace tasks.
- Open the Employment Hero mobile app.
- Look for the Custom Survey card or task row on your Home Dashboard, located below the Happiness Survey card (if present).
- Tap the Start survey button.
- Provide your responses within the survey modal.
- Tap Submit to send your responses to your administrator.
Helpful Hint
You can now see both a Happiness Survey and a Custom Survey simultaneously if both are pending. Completing one will not hide or affect the visibility of the other.
Identify privacy and anonymity indicators
Understanding how your data is handled is important for providing honest feedback. Your dashboard clearly labels the privacy level of every survey before you begin.
- Anonymous Indicator: Look for the Anonymous note on Happiness Surveys, which ensures your identity is protected.
- Confidential Indicator: Look for the Confidential tag on Custom Surveys, which signifies that your responses are handled according to the privacy settings configured by your administrator.
