HeroAI now shows a live thought process that explains the searches, lookups, and actions it is taking before presenting an answer, giving users more transparency and confidence while keeping the workspace tidy once the task is complete. (Released: 29 July 2026, All HeroAI users on web and desktop)
Hero AI can now answer questions about a specific candidate directly from their profile, explain scoring, compare candidates side by side, and help draft interview questions or email invites without recruiters leaving the ATS workflow.
