Question

How do I export a Pay Run?

Answer

You can use the Export feature to download a file containing your Pay Run data.

Warning

Exporting a Pay Run export does not include the following items:

  • Leave records.
  • System-generated earnings lines.
Exporting a Pay Run
  1. Click the Pay Run menu.
  2. Click on a Pay Run that needs exporting.
    Import MY 1.jpg
  3. Click the Actions tab.
  4. Click the Pay Run Actions button.
  5. Click the Export Pay Run button.
