The outcome of this project is that you will have created a pay-run details report. Before being able to use the Custom Reports feature you will need to activate two-factor authentication. To read further information on how to activate two factor authentication, refer to the following article.

This is the default access level per user and whether they have view, edit and delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
Summary
You can use the Custom Report feature to construct a report on the pay run details setup by your admins and owners within your organisation via an employee's file, such as whether they currently sync to payroll and the employees' normal working hours per week.
Important
Only employees can have their pay run details setup, not contractors, so when building this report, contractors will show a blank field next to the pay run detail fields.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Other reports tab.
- Click the Custom Report box.
- Click the Create New Report button.
- Enter “Pay Run Details Report” in the Report name field.
- Enter what this report will cover in the Description field.
- Include or exclude terminated employees in the report.
- Select Pay Run Details from the Report Type drop-down.
- Click the Create button.
