Only the employee's Entitled Leave balance (leave they have a legal right to take now) should be entered. Accrued Leave (the leave they are currently building up toward their next anniversary) will be automatically calculated by Employment Hero based on their last anniversary date. Only the hours, days or weeks are required in these fields, not the dollar value of the leave liability being imported into the platform. Leave Balances must be imported in the correct format, according to the Leave Category setup. This format is based on legislation depending on the leave type.
