If your role frequently involves running reports, you can use the My Reports view to save your common reports, arrange them in a custom order to suit your workflow, and
This is especially useful if you use a high number of different reports, and/or you use them frequently as a part of your role.
Getting started

- Log in to Employment Hero.
- On the left-hand side menu, click on Reports.
- Click on the My Reports tab.
- Here you will see your recently used reports.
- Use the 6 dots icon in the top-left hand side of the report tile to drag and drop the reports to your preferred area.
- Click on the + Pin Report button to pin or unpin reports from the My Reports section.
- To view a full report from My Reports, click on the 3 dots on the tile of the report you wish to view, then click on View Full report.

Which reports can I pin to the My Reports section?
The platform has a strict rule: No visualisation = No My Reports view entry. If you want to add a custom report to your My Reports view, you will need to ensure that your custom report has a visualisation option (graph, chart or table) and is not a text-only report. See step 15 in this article for further details on custom reports.
How many reports can I pin to My Reports?
You can pin up to 15 reports in My Reports.
Why did one of my reports suddenly disappear from my dashboard?
If another user with report-editing permissions removes the visual components (graph, chart or table) of a custom report, then this will cause that custom report to be removed from your My Reports.
Can I resize the report tiles on My Reports?
My Reports is a fixed 2x2 grid layout.
Will my colleagues see how I have arranged My Reports?
No, the My Reports section is a personally-curated layer and only you will see how you have arranged your My Reports section.
Can I rearrange My Reports on the Employment Hero Work app?
No. It is only possible to rearrange reports on a computer, not on your phone or tablet.
