A performance review is the assessment and review of your employees’ job performance. Regular performance reviews help remind workers of what their employer expects in the workplace and help to provide employers with information to use when making employment decisions, such as promotions, pay raises, and layoffs.
The Performance Review Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse how employees and their managers are going with their assigned performance reviews. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data and remind individual employees to complete any outstanding performance review tasks.

So you have now run your performance review report and are wondering what to do next. There are two recommendations I would make on this front, and they are:
- Employee goal setting report | HR Web Platform This feature allows you to create a report to see which of your employees have allocated goals (OKRs) within your organisation.
- Employee company goal alignment reporting | HR Web Platform This feature allows you to create a report to see what individual and team goals align with your overall company goals.
