Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an essential part of ensuring you stay safe online when using Employment Hero's HR platform. It is therefore important to understand which members of your organisation do and do not have 2FA activated.
This article shows you how to use the 2FA Reporting feature. Learning this will let you generate and download a CSV-supported, Excel-friendly report of each reported employee's two-factor authentication usage.

Getting started
Manage data
Download your two-factor authentication report
- Click the Reports menu.

Under the Search/Filter button, a form with three fields (called Personnel, Teams, and Status) will now appear.

- Now refer to the Status field and click which one of the three options you want to apply in the report:
- Enabled (meaning the report will show you who has 2FA enabled)
- Disabled (meaning the report will show you who does not have 2FA enabled)
- Any (meaning any status of 2FA – whether enabled or disabled – will be shown in the report)
- Click the Search button.
- Click the Download CSV button.
You will now have your downloaded CSV report that covers your employees' Two-Factor Authentication statuses.
