The Work Eligibility Reporting feature allows you to check your employees' work eligibility and make sure there is no one in your business with an expired visa. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data shown in your report, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
Helpful Hint
Contractors are included in this report, and can be sorted via the Employee filter.
Daily activities
Run a work eligibility report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Compliance tab.
- Click the Work Eligibility box.
- Select from the following filters:
- Employee.
- Visa type.
- Visa status.
View an employee's file
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Compliance tab.
- Click the Work Eligibility box.
- Select from the following filters:
- Employee.
- Visa type.
- Visa status.
- Click the employee who needs their employee file viewed.
Data management
Download your work eligibility report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Compliance tab.
- Click the Work Eligibility box.
- Select from the following filters:
- Employee.
- Visa type.
- Visa status.
- Click the Download button.
