The Pay Run Comparison Reporting feature allows you to compare your organisation's finalised pay runs over a chosen time. You can also use this feature to download an Excel file of this data or save the information in a printable PDF format.

Getting started
How do I run a Pay Run comparison report?
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Pay Run Comparison Report button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Date range
- Pay schedule
- Click the Run Report button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your Pay Run comparison report on your screen.
How do I download the data?
Download the report: Excel
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Pay Run Comparison Report button.
