How do I find my organisation's platform ID?
Answer
You can view your organisation ID in the Employment Hero URL once you have navigated to the Dashboard module.

Click the Home menu.
Helpful Hint
You will now see in the page URL a unique number which is your organisation's platform ID. The Employment Hero (EH) support team use this number to identify your business, so we recommend having this number handy when contacting our support team.
