Question
As an admin, how do I reset my log-in password?
Answer
The Reset Password function on the Clock Me In app (downloadable to iPad users on the App Store) allows you to reset your admin password.
Important
You will either need to be a full access payroll user or a manager granted clock me in access. To read further information on how to grant clock me in access, refer to the following article.
Reset admin password
- Tap the Forgot Password button.
- Enter your email into the Email Address field.
- Tap the Recover Password button.
Helpful Hint
You will now a confirmation screen confirming the app has sent a reset password link to the specified email address.
