How do I reset my admin mode pin code?
Answer
The Reset Pin function on the Clock Me In app (downloadable for iPad users on the App Store) allows you to reset your admin portal pin code.
Important
You will either need to be a full access payroll user or a manager granted clock me in access. To read further information on how to grant clock me in access, refer to the following article.
Reset admin pin code
- Tap the Settings button.
- Tap the Forgot Your Pin button.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap the Login button.
- Enter your new admin pin code.
- Confirm your new admin pin code.
- Tap the Ok button.
