This workshop explores how to load your employees via a payroll integration. This includes
integrating with Employment Hero Payroll, Keypay, QBO, Xero and MYOB AccountRight Live.

When connecting Employment Hero to your payroll, Employment Hero will import data from your company payroll file into the Employment Hero platform.

FAQs

  Once my payroll platform is connected to Employment Hero, where should I update information regarding my employees as it changes?  

Integrating Employment Hero with your payroll platform makes Employment Hero your source of truth for all information. When information is updated in Employment Hero HR, the data will only flow automatically from Employment Hero to your payroll platform. This data connection is not bidirectional, which means any changes made in your payroll platform will not update automatically.

  Which e-mail address should be used for myself and my employees?  

The account e-mail in Employment Hero should match the e-mail address used in your payroll platform. Check out our Employee File E-mail Fields Comparison for more information.
