The 360 Review feature lets you complete and view your self-review responses in preparation for your performance review meeting.
A 360 review collects feedback from multiple sources including yourself, your manager, colleagues, and direct reports to build a well-rounded picture of your strengths and areas for growth.
You can also use Hero AI to ask questions about your 360 Review at any time.
Warning
Once you complete a 360 self or peer review, you can not edit your responses, so please make sure you double check your answers and that everything is correct submitting your responses.
Getting started
The below will walk you through how to complete either a self or peer 360 review.
- Log in to Employment Hero.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the 360 Reviews submenu.
- Click the Self Reviews tab.
- Click the self-review you need to complete.
- Complete the required fields and then click the Submit or Save as Draft button.
- Log in to Employment Hero.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the 360 Reviews submenu.
- Click the Peer Reviews tab.
- Click the peer-review you need to complete.
- Complete the required fields and then click the Submit or Save as Draft button.

- Log in to Employment Hero.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the 360 Reviews submenu.
- Click the Self Review tab.

You will now see your peer review on your screen.
You can see your 360 Review results, ask your professional strengths and development areas, and learn about your work patterns by asking Hero AI.
- Log in to Employment Hero.
- On the Employment Hero dashboard, click on Hero AI.
- Here you can ask your 360 Review based questions.
