You can use the Unlock feature to unlock a finalised pay run so you can edit the pay run details.
Unlock a pay run
- Log in to your Employment Hero platform.
- Click the Pay Run menu.
- Click the pay run that needs unlocking.
- Click on the Actions tab.
- Click the Pay Run Actions button.
- Click the Unlock button.
- Complete the Comment field.
- Click the Unlock button.
