The User Management feature allows you to create a user, complete details such as their name, email and user number along with setting their access level. You can also use this feature to edit the details if they need updating, export their details and delete a user you no longer need on your account.

Getting started

Add a user
  1. Log into your Noah Face web platform.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Click the   Add User button.

  4. Complete the following fields:
    • First name.
    • Last name.
    • Preferred name.
    • Email.
    • Mobile number.
    • User number.
    • Access card number.
    • Type.
    • Expiry.
    • Language.
    • Site
    • Identifier.
    • Access point type.
    • Sensor identifier.
    • Site.
  5. Click the Add button.

Daily activities

Assign user role
  1. Log into your Noah Face web platform.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Click the   button.
  4. Click the Add Role button.

  5. Choose the required roles and then click the Add button.

Filter displayed users
  1. Log into your Noah Face web platform.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Click the   Filter button.

Send user registration details
  1. Log into your Noah Face web platform.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Click the   button.
  4. Click the Send Registration button.

Edit user details

Removing data

Delete a user
  1. Log into your Noah Face web platform.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Click the   button.
  4. Click the Delete button.
