Problem: SAP Conversation Moderation Queue only allows review actions for Jobseeker-sent messages. AI Moderation occasionally flags legitimate Business messages incorrectly (e.g., tracking URLs, signatures). SAP moderators lack tools to correct AI false positives.
Solution: Enhanced SAP Page 2 - Conversation moderation queue

Description:
- Xero has four gender options: Female, Male, Non-Binary, and Not Stated.
- Payroll previously only had three options, causing incorrect mappings.
- A new Non-Binary option has been added to payroll, ensuring proper mapping:
- Female → Female
- Male → Male
- Non-Binary → Non-Binary
- Not Stated → Unspecified

Description:
We have improved the employee import function to correctly handle deductions:
- Percentage deductions: Previously, deductions calculated as a percentage were imported as fixed amounts, potentially causing reconciliation issues. This has been fixed.
- Deductions over $100: The import process used to incorrectly cap deductions at $100. This has been fixed, and all deduction amounts will now import correctly.

Localise the employer onboarding/quick add process for Canada
- Description: We have localised the employer onboarding and quick-add process to support Canada. The following updates have been made:
- Localisation: When the language is set to English (Canada), the localised naming conventions for compensation rates, normal working hours per week, and time off will be displayed
- Location: The location is pre-filled from the Location Settings and is uneditable during onboarding and employee quick-add
- Location Options: The ability to add a new location during onboarding and quick add has been removed Date Formats: Date formats have been updated to the YYYY-MM-DD format Employment Types: Employment type options are Full Time, Part Time, and Casual Checklists - The option to trigger checklists during onboarding has been removed
- Currency: The default currency is set to CAD Compensation
- Rate: Compensation rate selections are now updated to “Annum” and “Hour” Vacation Pay Percentage: A new field has been added to capture the Vacation Pay Percentage in the Pay Details section of onboarding

Date variables are now set to the default YYYY-MM-DD format. If Canada is the only country chosen for the template, the Award and Classification variables will be hidden from the variable selections. However, if both Canada and Australia (or all countries) are chosen, the award and classification variables will show up. The Contractor Trading Name variable is now a text box and will not automatically fill in any details. Document history will show dates in the YYYY-MM-DD format.
