Description:
Building on MVP and Phase 2, this update improves functionality for organisations with multiple employing entities by allowing the generation of accurate and compliant accounts tailored to each entity’s needs.

• Users can now select to split by location and employing entity simultaneously using checkboxes.

• Journal generation reflects account configuration settings.

Target Users: Payroll users in all regions except the UK, utilising File Export/Detailed File Export connections.

Objective: Enable admins to manually review and adjust AI-inferred column matchings in the EOS DIY flow.
Description:

• Introduced a new screen between the file upload page and the individual field editing page.
• Added dropdowns for users to change AI-inferred column mappings, reducing the time needed to correct AI-driven errors.
• Introduced a manual entry option, allowing users to leave fields blank and enter data in the next step.

EH Jobs - Enhance SAP moderation capabilities & refine moderation accuracy

Problem: SAP Conversation Moderation Queue only allows review actions for Jobseeker-sent messages. AI Moderation occasionally flags legitimate Business messages incorrectly (e.g., tracking URLs, signatures). SAP moderators lack tools to correct AI false positives.

Solution: Enhanced SAP Page 2 - Conversation moderation queue

• Enable Moderator to take review action of unblocking JS/Business message
• Add "Message Unblocked By" tracking column on SAP Recipient can receive unblocked messages and read them in the thread (in-app chat/mailbox)

Refine prompt to improve moderation accuracy

• Allow tracking URLs (SendGrid, Mailchimp)
• Prevent flagging of signature blocks Ignore system warnings from external organisations

Xero Employee Import Enhancements

Objective: Correctly map Xero’s four gender options to payroll.
Description:

• Xero has four gender options: Female, Male, Non-Binary, and Not Stated.
• Payroll previously only had three options, causing incorrect mappings.
• A new Non-Binary option has been added to payroll, ensuring proper mapping:
  • Female → Female
  • Male → Male
  • Non-Binary → Non-Binary
  • Not Stated → Unspecified
    Release Schedule: Available now.
    Target Users: AU Payroll customers integrated with Xero.

Integrations

Initiative: Xero Employee Import enhancements.

• Objective: Correctly display deductions when imported to payroll via the Xero employee import function.
• Description:

  We​ have improved the employee import function to correctly handle deductions:

  • Percentage deductions: Previously, deductions calculated as a percentage were imported as fixed amounts, potentially causing reconciliation issues. This has been fixed.
  • Deductions over $100: The import process used to incorrectly cap deductions at $100. This has been fixed, and all deduction amounts will now import correctly.

• Our Sickness Report now provides detailed information about individual employee sick reasons, going beyond the previous high-level view. This enhancement supports legal, operational, and well-being considerations by allowing employers to accurately track and report on sick leave reasons.

• Available in AU (Xero, File-based exports), UK (Xero, Telleroo, File-based exports), and NZ (Xero, File-based exports).

• Customers no longer need temporary access to payroll or share login credentials with the services team.

Workplace Compliance

Localise the employer onboarding/quick add process for Canada

• Description: We​ have localised the employer onboarding and quick-add process to support Canada. The following updates have been made:
• Localisation: When the language is set to English (Canada), the localised naming conventions for compensation rates, normal working hours per week, and time off will be displayed
• Location: The location is pre-filled from the Location Settings and is uneditable during onboarding and employee quick-add
• Location Options: The ability to add a new location during onboarding and quick add has been removed Date Formats: Date formats have been updated to the YYYY-MM-DD format Employment Types: Employment type options are Full Time, Part Time, and Casual Checklists - The option to trigger checklists during onboarding has been removed
• Currency: The default currency is set to CAD Compensation
• Rate: Compensation rate selections are now updated to “Annum” and “Hour” Vacation Pay Percentage: A new field has been added to capture the Vacation Pay Percentage in the Pay Details section of onboarding

The following changes have been implemented:

• Advanced Editor Templates have been removed from the selection options When the language is set to English (Canada), the following localised naming conventions will be displayed:
• Employee Address - Street Address
• Employee Address - Unit/Suite
• Employee Address  - City
• Employee Address -  Postal/ZIP Code
• Employee Address - Province/Territory/State
• Employee Compensation Rate
• Schedule
• Company Name
• Company Address

Date variables are now set to the default YYYY-MM-DD format. If Canada is the only country chosen for the template, the Award and Classification variables will be hidden from the variable selections. However, if both Canada and Australia (or all countries) are chosen, the award and classification variables will show up. The Contractor Trading Name variable is now a text box and will not automatically fill in any details. Document history will show dates in the YYYY-MM-DD format.
