What’s changing?

Effective 28th May 2025, we’ll be retiring the support form on our Help Centre. Instead, you can now access support directly within the Employment Hero platform. There, our AI-powered Hero Bot will immediately address simple queries, and for more complex issues, it will connect you with a member of our support team.

This change is designed to make accessing support faster and more secure - while still giving you access to our expert team whenever you need it.

What this means for you

  • Enhanced security: Accessing support via the platform ensures only authorised users can make changes to your account. 
  • Faster answers: Get instant help with common questions - no more waiting for someone to get back to you.
  • Still human when it matters: If your issue can’t be resolved by our Hero Bot, you’ll be offered live chat with a member of our team. And for anything more complex, we’ll escalate it just like before - with care and attention.

Please note that this change will not affect any existing support tickets you have already submitted.

Accessing help

To access support, log in to your Employment Hero platform, and click the purple support button in the bottom-right corner of your screen. If you are not an admin or owner, you should reach out to your account admin directly. 

In addition, our Help Centre contains a wide range of guides and resources to help you with commonly asked questions. 

We understand that you may prefer speaking directly to a person - and that option is still available. This change simply gives you faster access to answers, and helps us support you more efficiently behind the scenes.
