Finding the best talent with HeroForce
Find the best talent via HeroForce
HeroForce has a pool of pre-vetted candidates who are ready to be employed. To find the best fit for your organisation, follow these steps:
- Click Recruitment on the left-hand side menu.
- Click the Find Talent submenu.
- In the Browse Our Talent Pools section, click Browse HeroForce Candidates under HeroForce (Global).
- Type the role you need in the search bar.
- (Optional) You can click the filter icon on the right side of the search bar to filter the candidate results.
- Browse through the results to find the best candidate for your organisation.
- Each candidate will have a flag beside their name to show the country they are based in.
- Click the candidate you want to learn more about. This will open a side panel where you will see the following:
- Name.
- Role.
- Phone number.
- Resume.
- Salary expectations.
- Location.
- Profile.
- Highlights.
- Summary - This summary is powered by our AI agent and already includes information from the candidate's CV.
- Click the Invite to Job button on the lower right-hand side of the panel.
- (Optional) If the candidate does not fit your organisation's requirements, you can click the Not Suitable button so they do not appear in candidate suggestions anymore.
- In the Select a Job pop-up, click the Select a Job dropdown field. You can select one or more jobs to add the employee to.
- (Optional) You can also click the Create New Job button to create a role that is not available in your open jobs yet. A Review and Create Job pop-up will appear, with pre-populated fields generated by our AI agent. You can still edit the fields if needed.
- Once you have selected all applicable roles, click the Invite Employee button. They will now appear as a candidate in the Recruitment module.
Explore the top roles with pre-vetted candidates
To explore our most in-demand roles and candidates you can hire from HeroForce, follow these steps:
- Click People on the left-hand side menu.
- Click the HeroForce Employees (EoR) submenu.
- Click the HeroForce tab.
- Scroll to the Top Roles section and click the role you are interested in hiring for.
- This brings you to our talent search page, where the role you clicked will be entered in the search field. Click Enter or Return on your keyboard to continue the search.
- (Optional) You can click the filter icon on the right side of the search bar to filter the candidate results.
- Browse through the results to find the best candidate for your organisation.
- Each candidate will have a flag beside their name to show the country they are based in.
- Click the candidate you want to learn more about. This will open a side panel where you will see the following:
- Name.
- Role.
- Phone number.
- Resume.
- Salary expectations.
- Location.
- Profile.

Navigating the hiring process with HeroForce

Our experts can give you tailored advice on global hiring costs, compliance, and other setup aspects.
- Go to the HeroForce page, either via:
- Find Talent under the Recruitment menu. Or;
- HeroForce Employees (EoR) under the People menu.
- Locate the candidate you are interested in.
- Click the Speak to Expert button for the global candidate.
- In the Speak to a HeroForce Expert pop-up, enter the following:
- Name.
- (Optional) Job title.
- Contact number.
- Email address.
- Click the Submit button.
Compare hiring costs
- Click People on the left-hand side menu.
- Click the HeroForce Employees (EoR) submenu.
- Click the HeroForce tab.
- In the purple HeroForce banner, click the Compare Hiring Costs button.
- In the upper section, enter the details of the candidate you want to learn more about:
- Country - The employer costs fields will change to fit the country you selected.
- State/Province.
- Citizenship status.
- Currency.
- Annual salary.
- In the View Costs section, click the Compare Currency dropdown field.
- (Optional) You can switch between Annual and Monthly costs. The period highlighted in purple is the selected option.
- Select the currency you want to see the values in.
- If you want to reach out to our team of experts, click the Get Started with HeroForce button in the lower right-hand corner.
- In the Move Forward with HeroForce pop-up, enter the following:
- Name.
- (Optional) Job title.
- Contact number.
- Email address.
- Click the Submit button.
Managing HeroForce Candidates
Manage your selected HeroForce candidates
Your chosen HeroForce candidates will appear in the Recruitment module under the job you invited them to. Once picked, they will have a score for how fit they are for your open role, powered by our Talent Search. Please refer to these articles:
Our AI-powered Recruitment Agent can help evaluate the candidate against your best-fit criteria. This assessment will involve various aspects, such as Motivational, Behavioral, Situational, and Role-Specific requirements. You will be able to see an overview of their answers afterwards, and how these responses score against your criteria.
Onboard a HeroForce candidate via our EoR service
Once you have chosen the HeroForce candidate who best fits your organisation, you can onboard them. One way is to onboard them to your platform, like a typical hire. Another path is to onboard them via the HeroForce - Employer of Record route, which is applicable for both local and global candidates.
To onboard a candidate via Employment Hero's HeroForce Employer of Record path, please follow these steps:
- Click Recruitment on the left-hand side menu.
- Click the Recruitment submenu.
- Click the Jobs tab.
- Click the job you need.
- Click the hiring phase where the candidate you need is currently in.
- Click the Onboard dropdown button around the upper-right corner, just above the candidate's name in their profile.
- Click HeroForce - Employer of Record.
- For the following section, onboarding and employment fields may slightly differ based on where the candidate is based.
- On the Summary page, you will see a summary of the employee's details:
- Name.
- Job title.
- Employment type.
- Intended start date.
- Country.
- Gross annual salary.
- Estimated payroll costs - This will show all mandatory and optional employer costs.
- Click the Save & Continue button on the lower right-hand side.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click the Confirm button.
- On the Personal Details page, you will see the following:
- Legal name.
- Email address.
- Mobile number.
- Residential address.
- Residency status.
- Work location.
- You can also:
- Select their primary manager.
- Request identity and work eligibility documentation.
- Click the Save & Continue button on the lower right-hand side.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click the Confirm button.
- On the Contract Details page, set the following:
- Working hours.
- Probation details.
- Leave entitlements.
- Click the Save & Continue button on the lower right-hand side.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click the Confirm button.
- On the Additional Details page, you can set up other local customisations, such as bonuses and insurance coverage.
- (Optional) You can set up other pre-employment screen checks here, in addition to the checks already done by HeroForce to vet our candidates.
- Set up the invoicing details.
- Click the Save & Continue button on the lower right-hand side.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click the Confirm button.
- On the Review Proposal page, review the details of the proposal document.
- Read the terms and conditions.
- Once everything is good, tick the By signing and finalising this document checkbox.
- Enter the following approver details:
- Name.
- Job title.
- Signature.
- Click the Sign Proposal button on the lower right-hand side.
- On the Review Employment Agreement page, review the details of the employment agreement document.
- Read the terms and conditions.
- Once you are done thoroughly reviewing the document, tick the checkbox confirming you have reviewed the agreement.
- Click the Approve Employment Agreement button.
After submission, Employment Hero will conduct a final check before we send the employment agreement to the new hire. The new hire will also receive an email inviting them to log in to the Employment Hero platform and complete their onboarding.
