Clear browser cache and cookies

Your browser stores copies of web pages, images, and other files in a temporary storage area called the cache. This helps pages load faster, but when a website is updated, your browser may still be showing an older cached version rather than the latest one. Clearing your cache and cookies forces the browser to fetch a fresh copy of everything.

This is one of the most common troubleshooting steps our Support team will ask you to complete if you're experiencing unexpected display issues in Employment Hero.
