As an organisation, you will have a range of policies that employees need to read and acknowledge. Having a central place to manage this process will help you track employee compliance easily.
The Policy Report feature lets you create reports you can use to analyse what documentation your employees have acknowledged, or have yet to. Here, you can also download a CSV file of the data, which you can open using CSV-supported software like Microsoft Excel.
Important
Only policies marked as mandatory will be reportable via the Policy Report. This is because employees do not need to acknowledge non-mandatory policy content within Employment Hero.
Helpful Hint
Contractors are included in Policy Reports, and you can sort them via the Personnel Type filter. Personnel refers to both employees and contractors.
