For pay slips to be accessible to terminated employees, their employer must enable and maintain Employee Portal access in the Payroll Settings. This setting is part of EH Payroll and applies to EH Payroll customers only. This setting is part of EH Payroll and applies to EH Payroll customers only. This ensures that terminated employees can view and download their payslips through both the Employment Hero platform and the Employment Hero Work app (as covered in this article).
