Manage contractor job details

Updated

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR plans: Free, Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following User Access level: Admin

Sometimes a contractor's job details need updating when their employment circumstances change. The Job Details feature is where you update these details if they change, with Employment Hero reflecting these changes throughout the entire platform. This means there is only one place you need to update your details if they change, making sure your contractor records on Employment Hero are always up to date.

If your HR platform is connected to Employment Hero Payroll classic, you will see additional tabs such as Pay Details and Tax Details. You will need to fill those out to allow your independent contractors to sync over to Payroll. However, this is currently possible only to contractors based in Australia.
