Overview
Work eligibility refers to your employees having the right to work in Australia and, as an organisation, it is important to have an easy way to find out this information. One way to manage this process is via an automated VEVO check process that will verify all your new employees' Visa details and confirm they can work in Australia.
The Work Eligibility feature allows you to run a VEVO check against your employee's that have nominated they are currently not an Australian or New Zealand citizen. You can also use this feature to add, view and delete any required documents, plus also use this feature to edit an employee's passport number.
Important
If you are on a premium or platinum plan, you can use the Work Eligibility report to run bulk VEVO checks. To read further information on this report, refer to the following article.

This is the default access level per user and whether they have view, edit and delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

The below premises will walk you through how to add any required supporting documentation and how to run a Vevo check.
Important
If you are on a premium or platinum plan, you can view historical VEVO checks. If you are on a Standard plan, you can only view the most recent check.

So you have now completed your work eligibility form and you are now wondering what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:
- HR Employee File: Certifications This feature allows your employees to complete their assigned certifications, update the data if it expires and view a history log of their uploaded documentation.
- HR Employee File: Banking Details This feature allows you to add an employee bank account, specify the account number and how much to pay into each of their accounts.
