Your organisation's chosen superannuation fund may need updating when their details become outdated. These changes can include your organisation moving to a different default super fund or the chosen fund you currently use, changes their fund details, for example, their SPIN number or website address details.
The Nominated Super Fund feature is where you update these details if they change, with the HR platform reflecting these changes throughout the entire platform. Meaning there is only one place you need to update these details if they change, making sure your superannuation records on your HR platform are always up to date.
Warning
Please note that it is a superannuation compliance requirement to fill out the compulsory fields. If you use Beam, this does not populate the required compliance information, so you will need to do this manually. Please see this link for more information. Please also make sure you have selected a default nominated super fund before letting your employees begin this process.

This is the default access level per user and whether they have view, edit and delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
Daily activities
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Company Settings submenu.
- Click the Nominated Super Fund button.
- Click the Update button.
- Select the Change to a New Fund option.
- Click the Continue button.
- Complete the following fields:
- APRA or RSE company nominated fund details.
- Funds contact number.
- Website.
- Click the Save button.
Editing data
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Company Settings submenu.
- Click the Nominated Super Fund button.
- Click the Update button.
- Select the Update Existing Fund Details option.
- Click the Continue button.
- Complete the following fields:
- APRA or RSE company nominated fund details.
- Funds contact number.
- Website.
- Click the Save button
