Type | Feature | Error Description |
---|---|---|
Import conflict | Employing Entity | Employing entity does not exist on MYOB |
Explanation
The error occurs if the employing entity within Employment Hero does not match the data on your MYOB Account Right company file, because of this Employment Hero will automatically disable the entity causing this issue.
Important
We do not allow you to delete an employing entity, while there are still employees linked to it.
Solution
Verifying that the details on your MYOB Account Right company file match the details within Employment Hero and then re-syncing the two platforms will resolve this issue.
- Log in to your MYOB Account Right platform.
- Click the Setup menu.
- Click the Company Information submenu.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your company information on your screen. If this data does not match what is in the Employment Hero platform, then you can either change the data in this pop-up and click the OK button or you can change the data in Employment Hero to match what you see on your screen.
- Log in to your Employment Hero platform.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Add-ons submenu.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the Update button.
- In the Organisation Details section, click the Update from Payroll button.
Helpful Hint
The Organisation Details section will now show a green Updated button. It means Employment Hero has successfully imported your organisation details from MYOB Account Right.
