2-Factor Authentication (2FA) security reporting | HR Web Platform

When using a username and password to log into your account, you are only using single-factor authentication. When using this process it is susceptible to security threats because it represents a single piece of information a malicious person requires.

Employment Hero allows you to enable two-factor authentication for your account. Which will require two verification steps before you can access your account and means an additional step of an authentication code sent as a text message (SMS) or via an authentication app.

The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Reporting feature allows you to analyse how many of your employees have enabled this added security measure. You can also reset an employee's Two-Factor Authentication if they can not access their original code generator. Finally, can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
