Certification reporting | HR Web Platform

Certifications act as proof of attainment, and allow you to see what training, licences, qualifications and checks your employee has received. Certifications can also form a requirement for certain roles, such as a security guard needing a security licence or a child care worker needing a certificate 4 in childcare.

The Certifications Reporting feature allows you to see how your employees are progressing with their assigned certifications, understand what is overdue, and when their manager approved their submission. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.

Helpful Hint

Contractors are included with Certification Reports, and can be sorted via the Personnel Type filter.
