Create a leave taken report

Available for the following EmploymentOS plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR Classic plans: Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access levels: Admin

The Leave Taken Reporting feature lets you create a report that you can use to analyse leave requests in a certain time period. You can sort the report by the leave category and status. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.

Create the leave report

Create a leave-taken report
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click the   Reports menu option.
  3. Click the Time tab.
  4. Click the Leave Report submenu.
  5. You will now see the overview page, which displays the Accrued and Leave-Taken graphs.

  6. Click on the bar on the Leave Taken report graph.
  7. Filter your search based on the following:
    • Show terminated personnel.
    • Personnel.
    • Date range.
    • Leave category.
    • Status.
  8. Click the Apply button.

Data management

Download the leave taken report
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click the   Reports menu option.
  3. Click the Time tab.
  4. Click the Leave Report submenu.
  5. You will now see the overview page, which displays the Accrued and Leave-Taken graphs.

  6. Click on the bar on the Leave Taken report graph.
  7. Filter your search based on the following:
    • Show terminated personnel.
    • Personnel.
    • Date range.
    • Leave category.
    • Status.
  8. Click the Filter button.
  9. Click the Download CSV button.
