How do I quickly add a contractor?

We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have view, edit and delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Permissions feature.
Answer
The Quick Add feature allows you to quickly add a new contractor to your Employment Hero Platform.
- Click the People menu
- Click the Independent Contractor submenu.
- Click the Add Independent Contractors button.
- Click the Quick Add button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Trading name.
- First name.
- Last name.
- Date of birth.
- Email.
- Synchronise with payroll?
Important
If you check Synchronise with payroll you will be also need to complete the minimum fields required to establish a payroll file. These will be highlighted within the contractor file in an alert panel. The contractor file will not automatically sync to payroll until all fields highlighted in the alert panel are complete.
- Click the Create button.
