Managing your organisations employee requests - Global Teams

Overview

You can use the Global Teams Employee Request feature to manage your request for a new employee that you have submitted to Employment Hero. You can, for example, view the details of your submission and filter the data shown on the page. You can also edit a submission if you have not completed all the details and delete an in progress request that you no longer need.

Availability

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Maintain

The steps below walk you through how to filter your display and edit or delete an employee request.

Filter the employee list
  1. Click the   Personnel menu.
  2. Click the Employees submenu.
  3. Click the Global Teams tab.
  4. Select from the following filters:
    • Search.
    • Status.
    • Country.

View an employee request
  1. Click the   Personnel menu.
  2. Click the Employees submenu.
  3. Click the Global Teams tab.
  4. Click the   View button.

    Helpful Hint

    You can also click the employees name to view the Employee Request page.

Edit a draft employee request
  1. Click the   Personnel menu.
  2. Click the Employees submenu.
  3. Click the Global Teams tab.
  4. Click the   button.
  5. Click the   Edit button.

  6. Make the required changes and click the Click the Save and Continue button.

  7. Review all the information and click the Submit button.

Retract an employee request
  1. Click the   Personnel menu.
  2. Click the Employees submenu.
  3. Click the Global Teams tab.
  4. Click the   button.
  5. Click the   Retract button.
