The 360 Review Management feature lets you create a new 360 review. You can choose if you want to include a self-review, who you add as a peer reviewer, and the questions you need to ask. The questions can either be a free text or a rating scale type. You can also use this feature to remind people to complete a review and also to view a report on the 360 answers provided.
Lastly, when setting up a 360 review you will have two key groups, the reviewer and the subject. The subjects are those who are the topic of the 360 review. While the reviewers are the people reviewing the subject person and their performance.
By default, only organisation admins can create 360 reviews. You can give employees permission to request feedback from their peers in a 360 review. See the Allow employees to request 360 feedback section to learn how.

- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the 360 Reviews Management submenu.
- Click the Create button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Title.
- Description.
- Start date.
- Response date.
- Self review.
- Click the Continue button.
- Select the required individuals, teams, or locations.
- Click the Continue button.
- Select between either a rating scale, text question, or both.
- Click the Continue button.
- Review all the information.
- Click the Launch button.
- Click the Close button.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the 360 Reviews Management submenu.
- Click the Create button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Title.
- Description.
- Start date.
- Response date.
- Self review.
- Click the Continue button.
- Select the required individuals, teams, or locations.
- Click the Continue button.
- Select between either a rating scale, text question, or both.
- Click the Continue button.
- Click Use Template.
- Select the template you want to use.
- Choose between:
Append: This will add the template questions to any questions you had written out.
Replace: This will replace any existing questions you had written out.
- Click Continue.
- Check all the information.
- Click the Launch button.
- Click the Close button.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the 360 Reviews Management submenu.
- Click the Template Management button.
- Click the Create 360 Review Template button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Name.
- Description.
- Questions.
- Select between either a rating scale, text question, or both.
- Click the Save button.
You can change the order of questions by dragging and dropping the grey boxes.

Important
Only users with Owner or Admin permissions can view 360 review reports.
Data management
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the 360 Reviews Management submenu.
- Click the 360 Review that needs data downloaded.
- Click the Download CSV button.
Note: The Download CSV button will only be visible when the status of the relevant 360 review is marked as Completed. A 360 review with any status other than Completed will not appear.

Allow employees to request 360 feedback
Add a security group and allow employees to request 360 reviews
Important
When an employee requests 360 feedback, they will see all of their peer's responses and who provided which feedback.- Click the Settings menu.
- Under General Settings, click the Custom Security Settings submenu.
- Click the New Security Group button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Group name.
- Description.
- Set permissions for - Determine if you wish to enable functionality for all employees, specific individuals or teams.
Important
To understand the terms used in the Security Group permissions page and the access you can grant in each section, please refer to the Further information section of this article.
- Click Other Permissions - Here you can grant permission to create 360 reviews.
- Click the Create button.

To run probation reviews or a 360 manager review process using this function, it would be very useful to be able to set up templates rather than have to draft questions for each individual, on each occasion; is there a way to do this?

The template option would be great, I'd also like to be able to extend the date / reopen the process if there are people who have not yet completed their peer review. Is there a way to do this?

We have been implementing EH for a few months already and to be honest performance reviews are the weakest part of the platform that requires lots of love and attention, now I understand why its even not within the implamentation pack. Undesrtanding that some companies dont do reviews at all, or do in a very simple way, but not having templates when creating 360 review and making HR again and again creating a new review for each employee from the scratch isnt too much? :) it doesnt even have bulk questions, not even talking about simple templates, every time, I need to go and go thru all my question to do a simple EOP review... We have multuple templates in house, end of probation, annual from tech staff, annual for seniors, annual for admin staff, imagine creating reviews for 100 people? the platform should be designed in a way to ease HR function life, but so far EH only complicated my life, rather than eased. I submitted my feedback to implemation team and asked if there is a way of adding some features, but all i was told is to wait and hopefully product team one day will work on my requests..... I hope it happens sooner rather than never. thanks

Would like to add my name to a template request - it's hard to wrap my head around the fact that once posted you cannot edit, but you also cannot create a test or template for prior review.
I'd also like to suggest more flexibility around the input options. Having something other than, text or 1-10 would be helpful. 1-5 would also be great, in line with your regular review functionality. Additionally, being able to create headings or blocks for groups of questions on new pages (Leadership, Problem Solving, Time Management etc) would be helpful, so that reviewers do not get fatigued by a seemingly endless list of questions

James, shall we expect some improvements on Reviews section? When EH suppose to ease HR functionality, current features dont help and make easier to utilise the section, and make me, as a HR to go back to Survey Monkey and manual reviews processes! Thank you

Hi, as part of the 360 review process, I wanted all employees to complete at the very minimum a self review even if they didn't have a peer. This doesn't seem possible unless I'm missing something. Also, I can't for the life of me find anyway to submit a support ticket any more - what's the process now?

Hi, team; I'm going around in circles with the performance reviews and now the 360 reviews. I am committed to using EH this year - but geez, at times, I want to pull my hair out!!! I have sent out tests (using myself as the subject), but the managers cannot publish their answers. WHY?? I also can't seem to change the rating scale for the 360's. I don't want a 1 - 10 scale - I would like three options instead ( +, +/- & -). To top this off, I have tried three times using your bot to get a ticket created, and it keeps looping me back to What is your name... How do I get in contact with someone to assist?
Is there a training platform available? As I would love to use it!

In a typical 360 you can get feedback from your manager, peers, direct reports and others. I can only see how to categorise contributors as Manager or Peer. Am I missing something?
Secondly, Can you share what a consolidated report looks like? Does it break the results down into Peer and Manager or is it rolled into one category? I appreciate some support EH Content team
