Manage email notification settings

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following user access levels: Employee, Manager, Admin

The notification settings feature provides you with the ability to activate or deactivate the email notifications that come from Employment Hero.

Manage email notification settings
  1. Log into Employment Hero.
  2. Click on the Settings menu. 
  3. Click on the Email Notification Settings submenu. 
  4. Click the alert type you want to change.
  5. Turn on/off the email notification you want:
    • Announcements
    • Celebrations:
      • Work anniversary
      • Birthdays
    • Certifications
    • Incident report
    • Off-boarding
    • On-boarding:
      • Manager on-boarding status
      • Employee on-boarding status
    • Probation
    • Recruitment
      • Candidate Applies
      • Candidate Withdraw Application
      • Candidate Movement
      • Candidate Response
      • Candidate Appointment
      • Candidate Application Pending
      • Referee Details Submission
      • Referee Questionnaire Submission
    • Scheduled tasks.

Important

To be able to see and post about an employee's milestone, you will need to be a manager of the employee, and you will need to have permissions to see that employee's Personal Details tab in their HR file, which can be granted via Custom Security Settings.
