Available for the following Payroll plans: Standard, Premium
The Journal Report allows users to download the payroll journal for a specific finalised pay run without having to access the pay run itself. The report is available to all users who are connected to an accounting integration.
Accounting integrations refer to Journals that seamlessly transfer into your chosen Journal, such as Xero or Netsuite, removing the need for manual journal downloads. It is important to be aware that we set the journal export format for API-based accounting integrations to the default journal export and they may not be compatible with your specific journal provider.
If you are connected with a Journal provider that requires downloading and importing journals into your accounting service provider through a spreadsheet. The journal export will automatically adopt the journal export format defined on your integrations page, such as Myob or Sassu.
