Managing timesheets for contractors via the HR web platform

Overview

Contractors who are required to submit timesheets must do so in the Employment Hero HR platform to correctly process timesheets. 

Availability

HR Plan:   Free   Standard   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  This is the default access level per user and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Getting started

Submit a timesheet 
  1. Log into the Employment Hero HR platform.
  2. Click the  Time menu.
  3. Click the Timesheet submenu.
  4. Click the Timesheet menu.
  5. Click the Add new timesheet button.
  6. Complete the following fields:
    • Date.
    • Start time.
    • End time.
    • Personnel.
    • Work Types.
    • Cost centre.
    • Break start.
    • Break end.
    • Comments.
  7. Click the Save button.

Edit a timesheet
  1. Log into the Employment Hero HR platform.
  2. Click the  Time menu.
  3. Click the Timesheet submenu.
  4. Click the Actions   button.
  5. Click the   Edit button.

Delete a timesheet
  1. Log into the Employment Hero HR platform.
  2. Click the  Time menu.
  3. Click the Timesheet submenu.
  4. Click the Actions   button.
  5. Click the   Delete button.
