How do I report by sickness reason?

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following user access levels: Employee, Manager, Admin

To monitor absenteeism, you can view the Sickness Report and the Leave Overview Report by reason.

Getting started

View the Sickness Report by reason
  1. Log into Employment Hero.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, click on Reports.
  3. Click on the Time tab.

  4. Click on the Sickness Report.

  5. Choose your report parameters. Select the following:
    • Personnel
    • Team
    • Reason
    • Start date
    • End date.

  6. Here you will see the Sickness Report. The leave reasons will be displayed in pie-chart format.

View the Leave Overview Report by reason
  1. Log into Employment Hero.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, click on Reports.
  3. Click on the Time tab.

  4. Click on the Leave Overview Report.

  5. You will see the Leave by Reason pie-chart in the middle panel.
