The Shift Swapping Reporting feature allows you to view employee shift swap requests within your organisation and see the status of each submission, the date of the request, and any applicable work types. You can also use this feature to download an Excel file of this data or save the information in a printable PDF format.
Important
This feature on Payroll classic is not available for users under the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, and Employment Unlimited. Instead, you need to use the Rostering feature on the Employment Hero platform.

Getting started
Running a shift swap report
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Shift Swapping button.
- Select from the following fields:
- Date range.
- Status.
- Location.
- Show costs.
- Group by.
- From employee.
- To Employee.
- Click the Run Report button.

You will now see your Shift Swap report on your screen

Download the report: Excel

- Click the Reports menu.

- Select from the following fields:
- Date range.
- Status.
- Location.

- Click the Download button.
