How do I export a full payment summary (FPS) from a finalised pay run?
Answer
You can use the Download FPS XML feature to download a full payment summary from one o your organisations' finalised pay runs.
Export a full payment summary
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Pay Run menu.
- Click on a finalised pay run that needs a full payment summary exported.
- Click on the Actions tab.
- Click the Pay Run Actions button.
- Click the Download FPS XML button.
