As a manager of a HeroForce employee, how do I approve their expense claims in-platform?
Answer
As a manager of a HeroForce employee, we will notify you via email when the employee submits an expense claim. At this time, you will then be able to log into the platform to review and approve the employees claim.
Approve an expense: Individually
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Management submenu.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the Approve button.
- Click the Approve button.
Approve an expense: In bulk
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Management submenu.
- Select the expenses that need approval.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the Approve Selected button.
- Click the Approve button.
