How do I find my organisational ID?

We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have view, edit and delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
Answer
You can view your organisational ID in the Employment Hero URL once you have navigated to the Dashboard module.
Access my organisational ID
- Click the Home menu.
Helpful Hint
You will now see in the page URL a unique number which is your organisational ID. The Employment Hero (EH) support team use this number to identify your business, so we recommend having this number handy when contacting our support team.
