I have not received my reset password link?
If you are not receiving your reset password email link, it means that you have either;
- Not entered the email address associated with your Employment Hero account, or
- Have entered the email address incorrectly.
Your Employment Hero account email will generally be the same email address as the email address where you received your pay slip. Please enter the email address associated with your Employment Hero account to receive your reset password email link.
If you believe that you have entered the correct email address, however, are still not receiving your reset password link, please contact your organisations administrator who will be able to tell you the correct emal to use.
