How do I reset my payroll password?

Answer
To reset your payroll password outside the payroll platform follow the instructions below and remember to make sure that you enter the email address that is linked to the Payroll account
Reset your payroll password
- Head to the to EH Payroll login page
- Click the Forgot My Password button.
- Enter the email address associated with your payroll platform
- Click the Recover Password button.
- Click the link in the reset password email sent to your email.
Warning
It is a one-time only link and will expire in 24 hours.
- Enter a new password into the Password field.
Important
The platform will determine whether the password is strong enough by using a password strength estimator, rather than requiring a set number of letter/numbers etc.
- Re-enter the new password into the Confirm Password field.
- Click the Reset Password button
