To reset your payroll password, follow the instructions below.
Reset your payroll password
- Head to the to Employment Hero Payroll login page
- Click the Forgot My Password button.
- Enter the email address you use to log in to your payroll platform.
- Click the Recover Password button.

Click the link in the reset password email sent to your email.
Warning
It is a one-time only link and will expire in 24 hours.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you will be required to provide a verification code.

Enter a new password into the Password field.
Important
The platform will determine whether the password is strong enough by using a password strength estimator, rather than requiring a set number of letter/numbers etc.
- Re-enter the new password into the Confirm Password field.
- Click the Reset Password button.
