Companies with a standard subscription do not have access to the Employee File Audit Log but do have access to the Audit Trail Report in the Reports module.When a record changes and you need to know who made the change, when, and what was altered, the Audit Trail feature can help. It lets you view a detailed change log for an employee's record, showing what data was modified and by whom, without needing to ask managers or admins directly.
