How do I enable and set approvers for recognition?
Answer
You can use the Recognition Settings feature to turn on and off employee recognition features within Employment Hero. This feature also allows you to assign who will approve recognition requests within your organisation. Before being able to use this feature, you will first need to have created your company's values. To read further information on this process, refer to the following article.

- Click the Settings menu.
- In the Performance & Engagement section, click Recognition.
- In the Select Approver Group, use the dropdown to select an approver.
- Make the required changes and then click the Finish button.
Please note: Approvers receive a daily email at 4:00 PM if there is at least one new recognition pending their review.
