If you are having trouble resetting your Employment Hero password, using an incognito/private browser window can help to bypass the issue. We cover how this can help along with other steps we suggest taking.

What to do and the extra steps you can take

What you need to do
  1. Use your browser's Incognito/Private mode: This avoids a problem that can occur in typical browser settings when cached data, extensions, and other factors can interfere with the process of password resets.

  2. Ensure you are using your account email address: When attempting to log in through the Employment Hero login page, ensure you are using the exact same email address that is linked to your Employment Hero account. This is typically the same one you use to receive your payslips.
  3. Click Forgot password?: After entering your email, try clicking Forgot password? once more. Providing you have carried out steps 1 and 2 correctly, you may now receive the reset email shortly.

Additional steps if the problem persists
  • Check with your organisation's administrator: They can confirm if you are using the correct email associated with your account.
  • Contact our Support Team: If you are still not receiving the reset email, even after following all of the above steps, reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.
