Does Employment Hero have a WGEA report?

Employment Hero does not currently have a standardised WGEA report built into the platform. However, the various reports and export functions available can provide the necessary data to compile your WGEA submission manually.

Including Terminated Employees

When generating reports for WGEA purposes, remember to include terminated employees where relevant by ticking the "Include terminated users" checkbox. This ensures your data captures the full picture of your workforce during the reporting period.
