Explanation
This warning means you are attempting to process a JobKeeper payment (either a top-up payment or START/FINISH notification) for an employee using a pay category or allowance description that is not in the ATO's prescribed format. If you have not set up this information correctly, the platform will display the above warning when you go to submit an STP lodgment.
Solution

Next, you will need to change the pay category name to the approved format or if the allowance description is the issue, you will need to update this information. Finally, you will need to finalise the pay run. You may need to refresh your pay event or update event data for these changes to display on your screen.
